At one point in the trip we were something like 19 hours ahead of Los Angeles. Tonight we make the time change that brings us to one hour behind Los Angeles and a day or so later we’ll make the final change to bring us in sync. I loved it when we were moving ahead as we got extra sleep. Coming back across the Pacific we’ve experienced many 23 hour days as we catch up and head toward sync.
